Title: Sit-ups, scrunches, bicycles, leg lifts

Ok, so pretty much we all know how to do sit-ups. Well, here’s a couple other challenges that will help strengthen your stomach muscles.

Scrunches
While laying on your back, bend one leg so your foot’s flat on the floor, then put your other ankle on your thigh. like situps, put hands behind bead, but bend/sit up diagonally, like trying to touch your elbow to your knee; repeat on other side.

Bicycles
basically same as scrunches, but raise legs in air, bent, and "kick"/do a pedaling motion at same time as moving arms/elbows to opposite sides. Just like above, trying to touch elbow to knee. But since your legs/knees are switching sides, you have to keep up by switching elbows. The whole time your head is raised (as much as you can) off the ground. The higher your head is, the more "scrunch" you’ll get.

Leg Lifts
Lie flat on floor w/ arms at sides. Raise your legs, not all the way, but at an angle. As you’re lifting your legs, count in your head how long it takes to get there. When you are lowering your legs SLOWLY, you suck in/tighten your tummy and use your leg muscles to try to bring them down for the same amount of time.

Title: Sit-ups, and other things like that

I’ve been doing sit-ups and side scrunches 2x every day!! I also do bicylces (kind of like side-to-side sit-ups). If you add my sit-ups w/ my side scrunces, I do 100 total. And I do 100 bicycles (1 is each side, ex. right-1, left-2, etc.)
I’m so proud I’ve been keeping up with that!! :-) I’m still recovering from a foot surgery, so it’s still a little hard for me to walk. Otherwise I’d be either outside going for a walk on a path w/ my mom, or I’d be on our treadmill. But for now, I’m just proud I haven’t broken my "streak" of sit-ups.
